TERMS OF SERVICE
Terms of Service
By using the SNTWET apps and website you accept these terms.
Last updated: 13 September 2026
1. What the service is
A lookup tool for the excavator aftermarket: part numbers by brand and model, aftermarket cross references, fault-code meanings, fluid capacities and service intervals, hose and seal specifications.
We do not sell parts and we do not take orders. We tell you what the part is, so you can buy it wherever you already buy.
2. How answers are produced, and what that means for you
- Part numbers and technical values are read straight from the database. The AI never writes a part number.
- The AI works out which brand, model and part you mean, and organises the wording.
- When the database holds no record, the answer is marked GAP and stops. It is not filled with a plausible guess.
- Anything marked CROSS-REF is an aftermarket interchange candidate. Confirm fit before ordering.
- Anything marked AI INFERRED is reasoned from general knowledge and is not database-verified. Treat it as a lead.
Everything is for reference. Before you order or work on a machine, check the machine plate and serial number and the official parts catalogue. Fitment changes with machine variant and serial break.
3. Safety
Safety-critical work — brakes, pressure-bearing hydraulic components, lifting, structural parts — must follow the manufacturer’s official procedures, torque values and safety instructions. This service does not replace the manufacturer’s manual and is not repair instruction.
4. Trademarks and how we use catalogue data
We are not affiliated with, authorised by or an agent of Caterpillar, Komatsu, Volvo, Hitachi, John Deere or any equipment manufacturer. Brand and model names are used only to describe part compatibility. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
We index part numbers, part names, mounting positions and specifications. Fault-code explanations are written in our own words; original manual text is not reproduced. Manufacturer drawings, photographs and manual pages are not redistributed in this service.
5. Account
The app requires Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for the account on your device. You can delete your account in the app at any time; deleted data cannot be recovered.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, export or copy the database in bulk by automated means;
- resell, sub-license or redistribute the results as a data service;
- reverse engineer or decompile the client or the API;
- work around quota limits or forge device identifiers or accounts;
- use the service for anything unlawful.
We may restrict or end service to accounts that breach these rules.
7. Quota and availability
The free allowance is counted per day and the exact number may change; the current value is shown on the Account screen. We may suspend the service for maintenance, upgrades or events beyond our control, and will give notice where we reasonably can.
8. Intellectual property
The software, the interface design and the selection and arrangement of the database belong to SNTWET Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. You receive a limited licence to use the service under these terms. Nothing is transferred to you.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. We make no warranty as to completeness, fitment or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, downtime, or loss arising from ordering the wrong part, whether or not the service was used in making that decision.
10. Changes
When these terms change we update the date at the top of this page, and we tell you in the app when the change is significant. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the competent court at our registered address.
